Abstract:

Unbalanced bidding strategies to the contractor in this paper is divided into three categories, namely combine with change, pricing, and claim the unbalanced bidding strategies. The basis of analyses the unbalanced quote: construction contract specifications and the quantities bill valuation, to the contractor unbalanced quotation and pricing changes, and claim combined with imbalance quotation is analyzed. In this paper, the unbalanced bidding strategies, and proposes the corresponding strategies from the Angle of the tenderer.
